  • We offer a family membership, young executive membership, as well as different levels of corporate membership. All memberships have a one initiation fee, followed by monthly dues. All memberships with the exception of the 28 years and younger individual membership, include your spouse and dependents age 24 years and younger that reside at your primary address.

  • No, there are no food and beverage minimums.

  • Yes, a family membership includes access for your spouse and all dependents age 24 and younger that reside at your primary address.

  • Yes, corporate memberships are available:

    - Small Corporate Membership: Includes two family memberships.

    - Large Corporate Membership: Includes four family memberships.

    - Corporate Sponsorship: Details available upon request.

  • Yes, members can upgrade or downgrade their membership after joining. Conditions may apply.

  • No, the initiation fee is non-refundable.

  • Membership dues are typically collected monthly or annually via automatic billing.

  • Club expenses are billed monthly. Payment is expected within the stipulated time frame provided in the billing statement.

  • If you would like to cancel your membership, you are able to do so with a 60-day notice provided in writing.

  • Membership fees include 24/7 access to the facility, guests players, three hours of golf daily, and the ability to dine in our full-service restaurant and bar seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Extra charges may apply for additional golf hours, private golf lessons, special events, and other services.

  • The membership process includes a tour of the facilities, and a review of the membership agreement. A Team Member will then meet with you in person to establish your membership and ensure you have the needed information and access to the member website.

  • Membership is specific to The Sanctuary in Brentwood, TN as of 5.30.2025

  • Spouses are included in most membership types, specific details depend on the membership plan chosen. A spouse that is a part of a family membership has 24/7 access to the club, dining, and events and will share the 3 hours of golf daily with the primary member on the account.

  • Children are welcome under family memberships, typically with restrictions on age and access times. All minors are to be accompanied by an adult member while utilizing the Club.

  • Members can have a guest visit once monthly to play golf in a private suite, allowing the guest 12 golf visits annually. Members are able to bring guests multiple times a month for meetings, dining, and social events with minimal restrictions. There are no guest fees at The Sanctuary.

  • Yes, Members are encouraged to use common sense, respect tradition, and dress respectfully. Golf spikes are not allowed upstairs. Please inform your guests of this policy. Casual dress and shoes are permitted on the turf.

  • Cell phone use is permitted; however members are encouraged to be considerate of others in the community when taking photographs or videos in the Club.

  • Yes, there is a full-service restaurant and bar available called The Magnolia. It offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a seasonal menu and daily specials.

  • Reservations for dining are encouraged, not required.

  • Yes, there is club storage with an annual fee.

  • Lockers are not available.

  • Pets are not allowed inside the Club.

  • Yes, free parking is available for members and guests.

  • There are no fitness facilities available at The Sanctuary.

  • Yes, there are areas within the club suitable for co-working. A Member is able to utilize the meeting room or sitting spaces within the Club to work or they have the option to work while in one of our 8 private golf suites.

  • Daily | Open 24/7. Staffed 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM Daily.

  • Yes, a tee time reservation is required to play golf.

  • Please cancel your tee time within two hours of your reservation.

  • Members can book a golf suite up to seven days in advance for up to three hours a day.

  • Bringing your own clubs is recommended, however the club also provides rental clubs.

  • Golf shoes are optional and often not recommended. Casual dress and shoes are permitted on the turf.

  • Yes, we have three golf professionals on staff full-time who offer private one-on-one lessons, as well as tournaments throughout the year and clinics in the summer.

  • Yes, the club regularly hosts various events for membership including golf tournaments, brunches, trivia night, wine tastings, etc.

  • The Sanctuary is primarily an indoor facility. For green grass golf, external arrangements can be discussed. A Member golf trip takes place once a year to play some rounds in the wild.

  • The pro shop offers golf apparel, equipment, and accessories.

  • The Trackman golf simulators are highly accurate, providing detailed feedback and realistic gameplay.

  • Playing a round on the simulator can take 1-2 hours, depending on the number of players and pace of play.

  • Putting is simulated with realistic feedback and visuals. Settings can be adjusted to allow it to putt for you if within a specified distance to the hole. The PuttView system enhances the putting experience and opportunities for practice.

  • Yes, the simulators accommodate both right-handed and left-handed players.

  • Up to 4 players can comfortably play in one of our 6 golf suites. We then have two golf simulators that accommodate up to 6 players and a large open space with a golf simulator that allows up to 65 guests.

  • The Trackman simulators offer over 350 golf courses from all over the world.

  • Yes, private events can be hosted at the club. Whether you’re planning an important corporate function, a networking happy hour, or just a fun night out with friends & colleagues, The Sanctuary is the perfect spot.
